Edwin Lang

I design and build tangible interactive exhibits that turn complex topics into experiences visitors can explore through touch, movement, experimentation, and play.

Edwin Lang

My work sits between interaction design, exhibition design, and physical computing. I create tangible, playful exhibits that make knowledge accessible through active exploration rather than passive observation.

What can art achieve that science cannot?

This question shapes my approach to science communication. I am interested in how experimentation and physical engagement can create forms of understanding that go beyond explanation alone.

From initial concepts and prototypes to technical implementation, my work combines digital and analog media, electronics, mechanics, and spatial experiences. I focus particularly on intuitive, hands-on experiences for children and young people, developed in close collaboration with museums, designers, scientists, and other disciplines.
